Dink Dynasty Designs No Return Policy

At Dink Dynasty Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality T-shirts and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where customers are not completely satisfied with their purchases. To maintain our affordable prices and to streamline our operations, we have instituted the following No Return Policy.

1. No Returns:

We do not accept returns of T-shirt products except in the case of damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Exclusions:

We will only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The T-shirt is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was shipped, and it does not match the order.
  • The size or color of the T-shirt is incorrect as per the order placed.
  • A printing error occurred (e.g., the design on the T-shirt is significantly different from the one ordered).

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return under the specified circumstances, please contact our customer support team at dinkdynastydesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following information when contacting us:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue or defect.
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable).

4. Refund or Replacement:

Once we have verified the issue with your order, you will have the option to receive a replacement item or a refund, subject to our discretion.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items that do not have their original tags attached.
  • Items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.

6. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the return is authorized. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

7. Shipping Costs:

We do not refund shipping costs unless there was an error on our part in processing your order.
